Dan has a degree in Human Geography and a Masters in Town and Country Planning. He is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Dan joined Salmon Planning in 2018, before which he gained a wide range of planning experience working in Development Management for a Local Authority in Somerset for 14 years, the last three of which were as a Principal Planning Officer.
