Following a comprehensive review, we worked closely with them to re‑design the proposal, introducing a larger contemporary single‑storey rear extension and a fully re‑modelled interior to create a high‑quality five‑bedroom home.
Both the revised planning permission and Listed Building Consent were granted without any amendments required by the Council, enabling our clients to move forward confidently with their conversion scheme. This approval allows a long‑redundant and neglected Listed Building to be sensitively restored and brought back into active use.
