We were commissioned to explore development opportunities on an area of farmland in Somerset. We developed a residential master plan consisting of 13 market houses and 5 social housing units. After planning approval was granted, we subsequently developed technical designs for the construction phase.
We used our planning know‑how to secure approval by shaping a proposal that responded clearly to local policy, site constraints, and the character of the surrounding area, giving the authority confidence in both the principle and the detail of the scheme. Once on site, our technical team translated that vision into co-ordinated, buildable information, resolving complexities early and working closely with contractors to keep construction running smoothly.

I also thought the in-house architecture / drawing service worked well - saving costs, time and generally making things far more efficient.
