We were engaged by a medium sized developer to explore the development opportunities of this farmland in the village of Bude in Cornwall. The land is a green field site in an area of Special Landscape Area. We developed feasibility and master plans based on complex planning considerations and eventually acheived planning consent for 30 houses.
