We developed designs for the sensitive conversion of a unique Cornish boatyard and gained permission for teh conversion in 2020. The scheme retains the beautiful stone columns along the quay-facing facade, with a contemporary timber and glass screen sitting behind. The plans incorporate several holiday lets and associated amenities.
