These two new-build 4 bedroom houses occupy the site of former agricultural buildings for which we initially gained permission to convert under prior-approval. A full planning application followed for two stunning new homes with views across open countryside. Our developer client required detailed plans and building regulations approval, which we secured in 2022. Construction completed in spring 2023.
