This city centre brownfield site was a former pub, bombed during the war, which has lay as a ruin since. We gained planning consent in this sensitive, historic location for a new dwelling for our client. The remains of the pub are to be retained and the new modern dwelling will sit within the historic shell, contrasting the old with the new.
