Dean Titchener

We are delighted to announce that we continue to grow our Planning Team at Salmon Planning Company with the appointment in June of Dean Titchener who joined as an Associate Planning Director to work alongside Nigel Salmon and Dan Foster.

During a 21-year career in Local Government, Dean was highly regarded for achieving pragmatic solutions to complex planning challenges and for building strong relationships with stakeholders. He has worked in roles spanning Housing, Regeneration and Planning, including five years in Planning Policy at Mid Devon District Council latterly as Principal Forward Planning Officer, where he was involved in the preparation of local plans, planning guidance and overseeing land supply.

After eight years in Development Management at Sedgemoor District Council, Dean's most recent role was as Principal Planning Officer/Team Leader at Sedgemoor (now part of the recently unified Somerset Council).

We look forward to adding Dean's formidable skills to our already highly regarded team of professional chartered town planners and architects.

Dean is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
