Residential Annex in Listed Property
Oakhill, Radstock
This annex design is nestled in the corner of the walled garden of a listed property. The conservation requirements of the site necessitated a high-quality and sympathetic contemporary design. A slim-profile, angled roof overhang provides a crisp edge detail to a flat sedum roof.
Pottery Workshop and Offices
This established business, producing fine earthenware, has expanded in recent years and Salmon Planning have been instrumental in developing this rural site into a busy pottery workshop and kiln-room facility, within converted agricultural buildings and new-build warehouse structures.
New Residential Dwelling
Salmon Planning designed and achieved planning consent for this scheme for a new country house within the grounds of our Client's existing property. The case for planning permission was complex. We are developing detailed plans for the property, and Construction is due to begin in Autumn 2023.
